Welcome to Willow Tree Montessori

Willow Tree Montessori was born from a vision of love. It is an appreciation of the innocence of new beginnings; sprouting and taking shape through the commitment of honoring the innate blueprint of each child. It is through this vision that the vital role children have in our ever changing world was formed.

Creating an environment that is not only beautiful, but one that purposefully serves the child in his work to become and belong in this place and time in our history is being realized. It is the child that offers the great hope of humanity by creating a more peaceful and harmonious earth.

I invite you to join us in consciously cultivating a community that supports the work begun by Dr. Maria Montessori. It is through collaboration with parents, caregivers, guardians, and friends that we are able provide the essential elements which will allow children to deepen and strengthen their roots. It is a gift for your child, for my child, and for humanity.

Sincerely,

Rhonda Bielik, Founder and Guide

Our Mission

We understand that the process of seeking the right placement for your child can be a daunting task. Especially if you haven’t experienced all of the benefits of a Montessori education first hand. Here at Willow Tree we would like to provide you with the reassurance that, if you’re questioning if Montessori is right for your child, the answer is simple: Montessori is right for every child. With the continued support of the familial unit, we believe that all children will thrive in a Montessori environment.

The Willow Tree Montessori community works to create an environment that inspires children to develop inner discipline and self-assurance.

Our goal is to activate and support the child’s natural love of learning. We show our respect for the uniqueness of each student by observing and recognizing individual development of skills at periods of greatest readiness and sensitivity.

Our program provides a creative, adaptive environment that responds to the needs of the children. We seek to balance academic and social development to foster responsibility and cooperation within a supportive learning community.
